Campaigns
Yes. You follow your campaign in your customer portal and receive a performance report. Larger packages include detailed analytics reports.
The numbers in each package are estimates of the reach we aim for with targeted promotion. Results depend on your music, genre and how listeners respond. We always report the real numbers to you.
Your song is placed on playlists with no planned removal date. Playlist curators make their own choices, so we cannot control a playlist forever. Our promotion policy explains this in detail.
Ordering
Most campaigns start within 1–2 working days after payment and run for 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the package. Larger packages run longer, so the growth looks natural.
Yes. Most of our clients are independent artists, bands, producers and small labels. Every genre is welcome, as long as the release is public and follows the rules of Spotify and YouTube.
Yes. At checkout you can choose one or more target countries. Leave the field empty for worldwide promotion.
Only the link to your Spotify track or YouTube video and your genre. We set up the campaign; you never need to share passwords or login details.
Payment
You pay securely via Mollie with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, Apple Pay and more. You receive an invoice and a receipt by email.
Prices are shown in your local currency where possible. You pay in the currency shown at checkout, and your invoice is in that currency too.
If we have not started your campaign yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once a campaign is running, see our refund policy for the options.
Safety
Yes. We only use real promotion: playlist curators, advertising and audience targeting. No bots, no fake streams, and we never ask for your login details.
We follow the rules of Spotify and YouTube and do not use bots or artificial streams, which are what put accounts at risk.
Websites & hosting
An Artist Starter website is online within 7 days, Artist Pro within 14 days and the larger websites in 3 to 5 weeks. The time starts when we have your texts, photos and music links. Need it faster? Choose rush delivery.
Your logo (if you have one), photos, a short bio and links to your music and socials. No texts yet? Add copywriting and we write them for you.
Yes. From Artist Pro onwards you get an easy content management system to change texts, photos, tour dates and releases yourself. With Hosting Care we make changes for you.
Hosting and domains renew every year at the price shown. You can cancel any time before the renewal date. If you leave, we transfer your domain and website files to you free of charge.
Yes. We transfer your existing domain and move your current website to our hosting at no extra cost when you take a hosting plan.
You do. After payment the design, content and domain name are yours. The domain is registered in your name.
