Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to all orders placed on music-promotion.biz (“we”, “us”). You can reach us through the contact page or by email.

2. Our services

We promote music on Spotify and YouTube through playlist curators, targeted advertising and audience targeting. The numbers in each package (streams, views, listeners, subscribers) are estimates of the reach we aim for; they are not guaranteed results, because the response of listeners depends on the music itself. See our Promotion Policy.

3. Ordering and payment

  • An agreement is made when your payment has been received.
  • Prices are shown in your currency, excluding or including VAT as stated on the site. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and whether you order as a business.
  • Payments are processed by Mollie. You receive an invoice and a receipt by email.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own or control the rights to the music you submit.
  • The release must be public and comply with the rules of Spotify and YouTube and with the law.
  • We may refuse or stop a campaign for content that is illegal, hateful or infringes the rights of others. In that case we refund the part of the service that was not delivered.

5. Campaign start and duration

Campaigns normally start within 1–2 working days after payment and run for the period of the chosen package. We keep you informed through the customer portal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by asking us to start the campaign within that period, you agree that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, and that you pay for the part already delivered.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not responsible for decisions made by Spotify, YouTube or independent playlist curators.

8. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
